ARRDC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARRDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,963 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARRDC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BSPRY, SH3GLB2, and NIBAN2. Each is linked with ARRDC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARRDC1-to-partner and partner-to-ARRDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARRDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARRDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
