ARRDC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARRDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,406 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARRDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIPK3, GPC2, and MEX3A. Each is linked with ARRDC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARRDC1-to-partner and partner-to-ARRDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARRDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARRDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
