ARRB2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARRB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,006 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARRB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLULP6, APTX, and RNU6-728P. Each is linked with ARRB2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARRB2-to-partner and partner-to-ARRB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GLULP6 grouped by ARRB2-low versus ARRB2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARRB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARRB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
