ARRB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARRB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,537 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02118, RN7SKP152, and DNAJA1P1. Each is linked with ARRB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARRB1-to-partner and partner-to-ARRB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02118 grouped by ARRB1-low versus ARRB1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
