ARRB1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARRB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with ARRB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARRB1-to-partner and partner-to-ARRB1 results are reported.
