Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,956 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARR3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Cytosolic transport, and Pre-mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with ARR3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARR3-to-partner and partner-to-ARR3 results are reported.
