ARR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM71C, TNP1, and OR10W1. Each is linked with ARR3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARR3-to-partner and partner-to-ARR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM71C grouped by ARR3-low versus ARR3-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
