ARPP21

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPP21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,103 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPP21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS3A, RSU1, and RPL5. Each is linked with ARPP21 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPP21-to-partner and partner-to-ARPP21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPP21 versus RPS3A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
