ARPP21

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPP21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,906 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPP21-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC8A3, HHATL, and CPEB3. Each is linked with ARPP21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPP21-to-partner and partner-to-ARPP21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPP21 versus SLC8A3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
