ARPP21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPP21 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPP21-associated genes across cancer lineages are Myosin-IIa_pS1943, Cyclin-B1, and C-Raf. Each is linked with ARPP21 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPP21-to-partner and partner-to-ARPP21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Myosin-IIa_pS1943 grouped by ARPP21-low versus ARPP21-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
