ARPP21

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARPP21 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 313 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPP21-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4N2, PRAMEF11, and FAM25A. Each is linked with ARPP21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPP21-to-partner and partner-to-ARPP21 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4N2 grouped by ARPP21-low versus ARPP21-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPP21→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPP21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
