Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARPP21-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ARPP21-AS1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher ARPP21-AS1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARPP21-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and UCS show a favorable association.
UCEC, UVM, and LUAD are the cancer types where ARPP21-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
