The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ARPIN Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARPIN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where ARPIN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
