Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARPIN Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARPIN data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ARPIN Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARPIN expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

SKCM are the cancer types where ARPIN Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
