ARPIN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,714 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPIN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTHFD2, SRP54, and IQGAP1. Each is linked with ARPIN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPIN-to-partner and partner-to-ARPIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPIN versus MTHFD2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
