ARPIN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPIN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,139 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are GORASP2, AKT3, and LGALSL. Each is linked with ARPIN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPIN-to-partner and partner-to-ARPIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPIN versus GORASP2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
