Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARPIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,926 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium movement involved in cell motility, Sperm motility, and Flagellated sperm motility. Each is linked with ARPIN in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPIN-to-partner and partner-to-ARPIN results are reported.
