ARPC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,348 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIPRL, RNPEP, and ARHGEF2. Each is linked with ARPC5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC5-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPC5 versus TIPRL in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
