ARPC5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,702 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3CG, LPXN, and SELPLG. Each is linked with ARPC5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC5-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPC5 versus PIK3CG in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
