Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,137 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARPC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF215, LTO1, and TIRAP. Each is linked with ARPC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC5-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF215 grouped by ARPC5-low versus ARPC5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
