Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, A-Raf_pS299, and P-Cadherin. Each is linked with ARPC5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC5-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC5 results are reported.
