Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARPC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,339 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of amino acid biosynthetic process, Negative regulation of amino acid metabolic process, and Peptidyl-arginine modification. Each is linked with ARPC5 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC5-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC5 results are reported.
