Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC3P5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,079 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC3P5-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6A1P2, ARPC3P3, and GAPDHP40. Each is linked with ARPC3P5 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC3P5-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC3P5 results are reported.
