Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARPC3P2 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 8 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of ARPC3P2’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where ARPC3P2 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types ARPC3P2 is over-expressed in tumor.

UCEC, KIRP, and COAD are the cancer types where ARPC3P2 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
