ARPC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,180 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ACTR2, ARPC3, and ARPC5. Each is linked with ARPC2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC2-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPC2 versus ACTR2 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
