ARPC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,087 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFFO1, CD37, and ITGAX. Each is linked with ARPC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC2-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARPC2 versus IFFO1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
