Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,239 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARPC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OFD1P2Y, MTCYBP45, and RPS10-NUDT3. Each is linked with ARPC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC2-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OFD1P2Y grouped by ARPC2-low versus ARPC2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARPC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARPC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
