ARPC2

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARPC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARPC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with ARPC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARPC2-to-partner and partner-to-ARPC2 results are reported.
