ARNTL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARNTL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARNTL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERCC1, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with ARNTL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARNTL2-to-partner and partner-to-ARNTL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERCC1 grouped by ARNTL2-low versus ARNTL2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARNTL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARNTL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
