ARNTL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARNTL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,551 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARNTL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DARS2, DDX28, and PPIF. Each is linked with ARNTL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARNTL-to-partner and partner-to-ARNTL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARNTL versus DARS2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARNTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARNTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
