Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARNTL protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,061 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARNTL-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZHX3, CST3, and EEF2K. Each is linked with ARNTL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARNTL-to-partner and partner-to-ARNTL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARNTL versus ZHX3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARNTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARNTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
