ARNTL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARNTL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,109 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARNTL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS10-NUDT3, HIRIP3, and ATP5F1A. Each is linked with ARNTL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARNTL-to-partner and partner-to-ARNTL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS10-NUDT3 grouped by ARNTL-low versus ARNTL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARNTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARNTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
