Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARNTL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARNTL-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, INPP4B, and PCNA. Each is linked with ARNTL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARNTL-to-partner and partner-to-ARNTL results are reported.
