Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARNTL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARNTL-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFDP3, MSGN1, and SNTG2. Each is linked with ARNTL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARNTL-to-partner and partner-to-ARNTL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFDP3 grouped by ARNTL-low versus ARNTL-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARNTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARNTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
