Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARNT2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARNT2 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher ARNT2 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARNT2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.
CCRCC, GBM, and UCEC are the cancer types where ARNT2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
