Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARNT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,333 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARNT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, MYEF2_S17, and HDGFL3. Each is linked with ARNT2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARNT2-to-partner and partner-to-ARNT2 results are reported.
