ARNT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARNT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,576 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC39A6, ZNF429, and HLA-DPB2. Each is linked with ARNT2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARNT2-to-partner and partner-to-ARNT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARNT2 versus SLC39A6 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
