ARNT2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARNT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARNT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TGM6, OR10T2, and OR10R2. Each is linked with ARNT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARNT2-to-partner and partner-to-ARNT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TGM6 grouped by ARNT2-low versus ARNT2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARNT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARNT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
