ARMH4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMH4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,720 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMH4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SULF1, THBS2, and PCOLCE. Each is linked with ARMH4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMH4-to-partner and partner-to-ARMH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARMH4 versus SULF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
