Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMH4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,102 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL5, RECK, and TRMT61A. Each is linked with ARMH4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMH4-to-partner and partner-to-ARMH4 results are reported.
