Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMH4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin_VII, EGFR_pY1068, and FoxM1. Each is linked with ARMH4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMH4-to-partner and partner-to-ARMH4 results are reported.
