Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARMH4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,180 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARMH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEMA4F, MRAS, and TUBA1A. Each is linked with ARMH4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMH4-to-partner and partner-to-ARMH4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARMH4 versus SEMA4F in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
