Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARMH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 395 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SALL3, PDHA2, and TSPY2. Each is linked with ARMH4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMH4-to-partner and partner-to-ARMH4 results are reported.
