ARMH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,981 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIPOR2, PSMD6-AS2, and PAIP1P1. Each is linked with ARMH2 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMH2-to-partner and partner-to-ARMH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARMH2 versus RIPOR2 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
