ARMH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARMH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 403 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGTLC1, GJA10, and GPX6. Each is linked with ARMH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMH2-to-partner and partner-to-ARMH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARMH2 versus GGTLC1 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
