Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARMH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDRG3, PRDX4, and TENM4. Each is linked with ARMH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMH1-to-partner and partner-to-ARMH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
