Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARMCX6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARMCX6 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher ARMCX6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARMCX6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC and LIHC are the cancer types where ARMCX6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
