Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARMCX6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,772 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARMCX6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of post-translational protein modification, Macroautophagy, and Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport. Each is linked with ARMCX6 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMCX6-to-partner and partner-to-ARMCX6 results are reported.
