ARMCX5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ARMCX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,790 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ARMCX5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EVI2B, TCEAL1, and HNRNPH2. Each is linked with ARMCX5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMCX5-to-partner and partner-to-ARMCX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ARMCX5 versus EVI2B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ARMCX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ARMCX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
