Across TCGA cell cohorts, ARMCX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ARMCX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, GPR101, and HS3ST4. Each is linked with ARMCX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ARMCX5-to-partner and partner-to-ARMCX5 results are reported.
