Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ARMCX4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ARMCX4 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher ARMCX4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ARMCX4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM are the cancer types where ARMCX4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
